Though our Amish craftsmen still practice the time honored traditions of hand work and attention to detail, does not mean their methods of construction are old fashioned. Only solid hardwoods—oak, hickory, maple cherry, or walnut—are used with no veneers or no particle board. Full Extension slides are used on all drawers for smooth and effortless operation and alignment. Many options are available to accommodate computer hardware and cabling. Stain and scratch resistant varnishes are applied to protect the natural beauty of the wood.
