Papa's Crowd Pleasin Potato Soup : 1 pkg soup mix(as listed on package) : In a medium sized saucepan, mix contents of package with 4 cups of milk. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, then reduce and let simmer until slightly thickened (about 15 minutes). Add 1 can (14.5oz)diced potatoes, or 1 1/2 cups cooked and diced potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are thoroughly heated. Pour into bowls and serve. If desired, top servings with grated cheese,crumbled bacon,and chives
